Stable Release Updates

Updates to the stable Debian distribution are planned every two months, if nothing serious happens in between.

I became responsible for stable point-releases starting at 2.2r3, mainly because nobody seemed to care about them and from a security point of view (and I'm also doing security in/for Debian) that was a completly unacceptable situation. Here's what you get from it, I am managing them now. *sigh*

I have to admit that I still need to work on my own schedule and workload to fulfil the goal of an update every two month.
